I would say have a consistent bed time throughout the year and not to let kids stay up past one designated time so there is no need to get use to going to sleep early right before school starts

Great tips! I'm a 3rd grade teacher... it's such a transitional year and they will need to learn so much responsibility...so the more consistency they receive at home with routines, the better! Great job!
