Well, I woke up tonight
Just in the middle of a great dream
And I wished I could keep on and
Get back to sleep
What I mean is.... I had a great dream.

Sometimes I feel just like Peter Pan
Trapped somehow on a tiny island
With only disbelieving pirates
that are always trying to bring me down
plant my feet back on the ground
I wanna fly
The wanna see me drown.

Well, I woke up tonight
Just in the middle of a great dream
And I wished I could keep on and
Get back to sleep
What I mean is.... I had a great dream.

A great dream comes once in a while
It makes their bitter hearts beguiled.
The straightest lips will curl into a smile.
I've come to find their lifestyle draining
Angry skeletons always complaining
Where sunshine shone, now it's always raining....
