KOTV Interview Senator Randy Brogdon about hate crime legislation.
Oklahoma State Senator Randy Brogdon says hate crime legislation has crossed his desk before and he doesn't believe in it. He says all crime is hateful, and differentiating one as a hate crime based on any personal preference is discriminatory itself.
"We are all created equal by God. And since we are all created equal we should all be held to an equal standard of justice," said Senator Brogdon.
This is one of THE best, simple clear explanations of lies of Hate Crime Laws.
Sen Brogdon is 100% correct - the laws should be prosecuted in a fair manner, not based on the race or religion of the victim or suspect.
I live in Chicago - we had over 500 murders last year the highest total in the nation, but few if any of these murders fall in to the PC terms of "hate crimes".
Were these "love Crimes"?
Just enforce the law, there is no excuse for any assault, murder, rape etc.

Senator Randy Brogdon has presented this subject in an excellent fair way. I wish we had men like Senator Randy Brogdon running things here in Chicago.
Crime is crime - we do not need thought crime laws.
We had 500 plus murders in Chicago last year - but few or none fit the PC restrictions of "hate crimes"....
What were they? "Love Crimes?"
Was 9/11/01 Al Qaeda terrorist attack a "hate crime"?
No - because Muslim immigrants are one of the PC protected groups., they can only be victims.
