lanai is gorgeous! and what a great place for wind farm too! hawaii doesnt have land to squander and its really too pretty to desicrate with fossil fuel derived energy. this should bring cost of living down a bit too unless the govt corruptedly allowed the deal to go to the koch bros or some other insideous organization. if the power costs are still high for residents then the people should revolt, actually they should pre-empt by verifying the cost of the turbines and localizing its ownership.
