XC mountain bike racing - round 1, 2008 British NPS part 1

Racing from Thetford, April 2008, covering the Elite class at round 1 of the 2008 British NPS. Riders featured include Ian Bibby, Ian Wilkinson, Gareth Montgomerie, Jenny Copnall, Paula Moseley, Gemma Carter-Collins and Jenn O'Connor.

It was shot using a Sony DSC-S80 in 640x480 4:3 aspect ratio at 30fps, and edited using Windows Movie Maker.

Thetford's well known for not being technically hard, except for the technique of riding twisty singletrack surrounded by trees at speed without hiting any of them ;)

Let me assure you that none of this footage has been speeded up. It's all in real time so yes, they really were cornering at that pace! Thetford is known to be a very fast circuit.
