@GYPSYTONIC frsh veggies & fruits is far more helathier for you than meat - meat is flesh that putrifies in your gut for long time before it comes out the other end. It gets toxic in there - but not veggies & fruits - plus plant fruits have the natural enzymes we need to naturally fight all diseases.

@XRedxEyedxWandererX YEAH , Sorry you're right , no need to turn vegetarian if you can actually grow your own livestock. I unfortunatley cannot due to limited living space :(
