The other gent is right in saying longer headers are higher HP, but that's because they move the torque point further up, so you sacrfice a little bottom end (Just make sure they're equal length).
Something else to consider is that you wont sound the same as a Cobra without a head swap, as the four valve (Cobra) and three valve (Everything else) heads breathe rather differently. His will bark where yours will make the more "gurgly" muscle car sound.

Nope just full exhaust for now. This spring I'm doing a tune and pullies for the supercharger.

You can do anything that you have heard for a GT, Mach 1, and Cobra they are all pretty much the same. Just remember the longer the headers the more HP.

yeah i have a mach 1 mustang 2003 and i've been looking around to get a REALLY LOUD EXHAUST do you have anything in mind that would be good for a Mach 1
