so much of what "breaks" get immediately thrown away. i think a synth or effect can have so much more mojo if the components, wire, etc... is rescued from the landfill, even if it is just a single resistor or a bit of wire it will make a difference. now i know not everyone is building electronics but the point of the video is to try to look at ways of being less wasteful and more resourceful. who would have thought my 17 year old dead TV would become the donor for some really thumping noise!
