    Two responses:

    1) Someone, a court-certified forensic audio analyst, did perform a professional analysis and concluded that the perpetrator in each case is most likely Neal Rauhauser. The findings are published here: patterico(dot)com/files/2012/05/Declaration-of-Audio-Expert-Kent-Gibson(dot)pdf

    2) Which is it who is the "obvious" match ("and [we] know it"!) to the caller? This guy or the Randy Taylor guy in the other video you published?

    1) That is not what the forensic audio analyst found, and if it was then Neal Rauhauser would be under arrest. Furthermore, I have met Neal and had conversations with him and can categorically say that isn't his voice. He simply doesn't sound like that.

    2) Who said anything about Randy Taylor? I sure didn't.

"This is a voicemail left by a Houston-area scam artist named Jason Wade Taylor. To me, it sounds just like Lee Stranahan's SWAT caller." -- you

Edited for clarity, as so much has happened in the interim.

It was the way the SWAT caller kept saying "buddy." Who has Darby been talking to that he says "buddy" like that? "Randy," AKA Jason Wade Taylor? "Buddy" sounds like a freaking cartoon con man. It's a tell. It told me something was up. You'll note that "Randy's" voice isn't in this mash-up.

it is. you either didn't read it or are sophomoricly picking at my mistake in confusing ron bryneart, the individual suspected of making the calls, and neal rauhauser, another figure in this mess.

securing a professional opinion is not the same thing as getting a prosecutor to open a case and, consequently, several steps in the process from the issuance of an arrest warrant.

The voices are identical - and you know it. You're just worried because the scam has been exposed. It was obviously a scam from the very first mention of it.

Nice job. This was obviously a fraud from the minute the wingnut blogs started pimping it.
