Is there a way to adjust the up/down on the headlights?

@manhoot On the backside of the headlights there should be a couple of adjusting screws to accomplish this.

Thank you for posting this video. I have never had to change lights on my 2007 Corolla S in the 5 years I've had it. I finally had to change the low beam headlights. I WAS able to do so, without disassembling the bumper, etc. I think this is largely in part to me having small girl hands :) Again Thank you SOOOO much!
