Rep. Bobby Scott (D-VA-3rd District) explains to a disgruntled wingnut that there is no reason he should not buy health insurance under the future government program, considering all the incentives provided. With no further point to argue, the wingnut again brings up his complaint about not being granted personal audience with Rep. Scott, and asks if he'll ever get the phone call he craves. Rep. Scott replies, quite reasonably, that this town hall has generated increased interest from all sides in talking with him, and that he and his staff are doing their best to handle the demand. In a final effort to gain attention and stir controversy, the wingnut replies that an auto-generated e-mail, informing him of the situation, from Rep. Scott's office would have been a nice touch. Tough shit, fool.
