Some people seem to be confused about the names of the different bumps...

FRONT Bump - The bump in this video is called a Front Bump, Flip Bump, or Forward Bump. It's used for moves like the hip toss, Japanese arm drag, etc.

BACK Bump - Landing flat on your back from a backward motion; the bump taken from a clothesline, chokeslam, etc. (See our video)

FACE Bump - Landing flat on the front of your body; you use the Face Bump when you get bulldogged, or hit with the F-5, flapjack, etc...

@HowToWrestle see id call this a flip and what you would call a face i call a front since it is the front of your body but in england noone calls a front a face bump ....funny huh

the bump we get from glam slam is face bump.i think
