17 year old natural amateur bodybuilder

Max's haven't moved up seeing as how i took time off the heavy lifting to cut up a little bit. I didn't go past 11% bodyfat just cause it would take even LONGER to bulk back up again. I already started bulking up in this vid but I still got that 4 pack going. Now im at 180 pounds with all the same max's as before. I def got a lot stronger OVERALL strength but not power strength (maxing out)

Good work man, Impressive body. I'm 17 aswell 5'11, 190. around 13% BF. Going to cut shortly. Mainly training for boot/OSUT. I don't do competition but I've thought about it in the future.

U have really good shape and mass on your chest,abs,sholders and trapz, but you need to work a bit on your arms, get them bigger and u will have the whole package :) !
