But my Fps is always on 30 at a second!
It must be a limit for this Game?
so it look good,but everything is glowing like a Mirror... (old Textures + glow Effect)

Yes, iirc the games' FPS is locked at 30 so if you have a PC that *could* go faster you'll just get a much smoother experience with it being at defaulf anyway.
