Send it out to a sony vaio service center, any branch nearest you.
If you're lucky enough to still have a valid warranty, sony will replace your fan and EXTEND you warranty for another 12 months for free.

the newer cs notebooks dont have the noisy fan, the older models had a really powerful fan motor inside them which made them a tad noisy at times. sony will replace this component under warranty as it is a very common problem with these notebooks. if you really cant stand a little fan noise, then you can go down the road of replacing the fan motor yourself.fan motors are pretty cheap and they are relatively easy to install. :

my daughter has a vgn-cs110 with the same problem but Sony has added one year warranty for FREE so we got it fix for FREE at their care center.

my loyalty is to sony products. but i guess i am beginning to doubt now because my sony vaio cs220D which is just 5 months old is making this annoying fan noise and is getting worse everyday!!! what should i do?

im gonna be on my 4th 1 today cuz every single CS i got was freakin deffective now i got the fan problems im gonna exchange it to bedt buy later
