READ HERE FOR STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS!!!

P.S. If anyone can give me any tips on how to help the quality of my Camstudio vids, please shout em' out!!!

After having photo ready...

1. Duplicate the layer of the photo.

2. Desaturate the "copy" of the layer by going to enhance or using the little half moon above the layers list...

3. Go to Layer, then click Merge Down (make sure the desaturated effect layer is selected...)

4. Switch to eraser and begin erasing the parts that you want to return to color.

5. Now just tidy your photo bit by adjusting brightness, color, or even adding a border!!! :)

Tips:

- Use CRTL + Z to undo stuff and CRTL + Y to redo. It saves a TON of time.

- Use your Line Tool for borders, you can switch the pixels to make it big or small.

-Play with brightness and color before you think your finished. You might be surprised...

-Solid brushes are good, but the softer brushes make a more soft kind of glowy effect, especially when you use them in large sizes...

-If your like me and have an unsteady hand, don't freak when bright outlinings show beyond the object your coloring when you slip. Try to adjust the brightness/color, it will usually make the bright spots go away and make you look like a pro! ;)
