Marhaba Kamal, Great videos help me with technique. I am not Lebanese but am becoming one by osmosis as I have many Lebanese friends. Shukran, now I can cook for them! I love your shop online.

First of all, "Merhaba" is not an Arabic word. It is %100 Turkish, and it means "Hello" in Turkish !!.

Marhaba to you too!
Thank you so much. I agree - sometimes watching certain cooking techniques that you may not be familiar with can help.
You are welcome - happy cooking.
