Minecraft skin idea: Notch or Jeb should implement a feature for a player to have a slightly different skin based on where the player is, what block he is standing on, the world he's in, stuff like that. For example: There could be a disguise skin where it changes texture based on the blocks around it. Like if the skin was standing on or adjacent to a grass block, it would change to a dirt block skin with grass on top.
