Love it, yeah Ej loves Nicole...right. But he cant stand to see Sami with someone else. I think Ejole and Safe will have their go as couples but EJami are endgame.

I only just recently started watching again, and it is clear he loves Sami. He's very tender and patient with her, and puts up with her when she gets angry with him. I've noticed that he has no patience for Nicole when she's crying and pleading with him ,and pretty much treats her like dirt, lol. He MELTED when he saw Sami in his living room for the first time when she came back.

ITA, I just started watching again after decades away from the show. EJ demeanor with Sami is totally different than his demeanor with Nicole. He does melt when he sees her. The recent scene after Tony died are another example. With Nicole he was angry and bitter but with Sami he was able to really reflect and talk about his feelings.
