I LOVED this video! It was so beautiful. That park was gorgeous and making the doctor's appointment into a day trip looked like a blast.
You and your boyfriend look like you complement each other really nicely. I noticed he was in a chair. What kind of disability does he have?

Just like to add, I went thru the packing thing just last week, can totally relate, if I've slept enough I can be pretty sure I've got everything, but a little too sleepy-headed and no matter how many millions of times I look around my room, I just cant be sure I havent forgotten something. :-) Also, just going across town for a couple days I need a full bag, can't just "make do" for a while, I need what I need, ya know? Take care Kyli

yeah it helps with the energy level. its call red bull. u can buy it at any gracery store or super market. if u do try it take the small one first to see if that helps. i dont have tachycardia but i have really bad migranes and intestinal problems. ive had it for 7 years and still going on.

what's it helping with? energy level?

be careful with caffeine if you're not sure how you react to it. everyone is different, but generally caffeine will increase heart rate.

red bull?! really! that surprises me! do you have tachycardia?
Haha oh jeez, you and your mom are just like me and mine when we're on long doctor visits. =) I'm a junior is high school and I was diagnosed with POTS in 6th grade at Mayo Clinic. I've gotten a whole lot better and now have Autonomic dysfunction. ...Which is pretty much still POTS. Just the whole "postural" deal is pretty much diminished. I love the idea of doing these videos. Best of luck! =)

Thank you so much for sharing this part of your life with us. You're right, it definitely seems like a journey! I'm so happy to see that you have someone in your life that makes you happy, as well as a supportive family!
Your story is an incredible one and I'm grateful that youtube gives you the chance to tell it. I don't have POTS but came across your channel and am so glad I did. Keep making videos! I really think they're great & inspiring.
