first of all North Korea is hardly socialist and even if it were you cant take North Korea as the shinning example of socialism, that would be like me saying to you would you rather march to the capitalist drums? welcome to Nazi Germany (though they posed as socialists their policies where definitely capitalist) i cant tell if your a Neo Marxist or a just a plain Capitalist but you need to realise in politics theres always two sides to the coin, opinions and ideologies differ

Fair enough but still North Korea is hardly even communist, in fact they completely took all notions of Communism from their constitution in 2009. Also though America is the most prosperous nation in the world its only so for some even if you ignore that they owe more than they own. The lesser earning 50% of the population only control 2.8% of the wealth. So how grateful should Americans be for what they have? Anyway like i said two sides.
