@fcguy7 The 787's motor was de-tuned from over 900 horsepower for longevity in le mans spec. However they found that after the race, the motor had minimal wear. Just thought i'd point out that it can and has achieved more than 700hp. :)

@metalmanga No

@peezle you type like someone might talk with a dick in their mouth.

@metalmanga what 2 rotor made 350hp stock? FD's were rated at 250 from the factory ... later series 7 and 8 (not sold in the us) made as much as 280 ... but nothing that I'm aware rolled out from mazda with 350hp stock. And there is no such thing as a stock 4 rotor.
Let me help your ignorant ass out.
FC (Non turbo) = 160 hp stock
FC (turbo 2) = 200 hp stock
FD (US) = 250 hp stock
Cosmo 3 rotor = 300 hp stock
787B 4 rotor = 700 hp race

@metalmanga ... what? Maybe the first vehicle to employ a 4 rotor was the lemans cars but the motor certainly isn't pulled from one. They are usually custom built by enthusiasts or racing firms.
-
@metalmanga Damn, I want one now.
-
@Racr4Lyfe yeah the 4rotor engine comes from the mazda lemans car
-
@metalmanga Holy...shit...that's a big difference.

2rotor = 350hp stock ~
4rotor = 600-700hp stock ~
and then you can put turbo's on aswell and get 1k + without a problem :)

2x power ~
470whp with no turbo etc. so yes, it makes more power than a 2rotor :)
