@tickyul I understand but there is nothing in life that is one cm long or one meter long so its hard to imagine it in your head. If you measure your index finger from the tip to the first line should be exactly one inch your foot is a foot and so on. The fractions are easy because they are not changing they're progressive 1/64 to 64/64, 1/32 to 32/32, 1/16 to 16/16, 1/8 to 8/8 and 1/4 to 4/4.... easy as shit

@Badlamshade Come on, I did not say PERFECT.......the SI system is not perfect. But it is much more logical than the Standard system in place. EVERYTHING in the metric system is Base 10....so it does have logical units of measure for length. What is a centimeter....very easy.....10^2*meter. For distance, it is very logical having meters as the sole base unit. In the standard system there is miles, inches, yards....then you have inches broken down into fractions.......pretty messy.
