America I Love You

This song from the 1940 movie, "Tin Pan Ally". It is so very refreshing to get a dose of the patriotism and love of country that was once shared by everyone in America. Although certainly not without flaws, the USA has done more for the good of mankind than any country in the history of mankind. It is such a shame that the idea of American Exceptionalism is under attack by our very own president. Should we expect anything different from a president who surrounds himself with communists and socialists?

@ObamAmabO Yes I want to say thank you for posting the video. I first saw the clip in an episode of M*A*S*H and thought I'd see if I could find it on Youtube. We may not agree but I want to say thanks for a respectful and engaging discussion. I truly feel that one of the main problems we face as a country is that too many people are too busy yelling at each other and calling each other names instead of talking and trying to understand each other so we can solve the serious issues we face. :-)
