Andy McMillin 2010 SCORE Baja 1000 InCar Start to Ojos

Ride along with Andy McMillin as he makes his way out of Ensenada for the start of the 2010 SCORE Baja 1000.
This section is filled with fans, rain ruts, boobie traps, water crossing and more. One of the most treacherous sections of every Baja 1000 due to the elements mentioned above as well as battling the adrenaline and nerves that come into play each and every time you take on this historic race.

@Adnine235 At high speeds it becomes difficult do differentiate between actual puddles or pot holes filled with water! Might as just avoid it all anyway; save yourself the trouble in the long run!

@Adnine235 they pre-run the course before the race, normally more than 4 times so the day of the race theres no need to make any decision all comes naturally, and it is a long race, a little amount of water where it shouldn't be would cost you the race, and probably more than a million dollars

Two questions:

Why are they so scared of the water? Seems like they could just blast through it in those vehicles.

How in the world do they know which turn to take. I'm pretty sure that I'd be lost at the second intersection.
