I am not a vegan but I no longer eating dairy or cow products. I do miss mac and cheese, this reciepe looks easy and yummy cant wait to try it. Love that the house was noisy like in my house. LOL

Thanks for the receipe. I bought the chees. I didn't like the taste of the vegan cheese. I didn't like the way the mac and cheese tasted. I will keep trying vegan mac and cheese recipes.
