I flew under the RG bridge in a Blackhawk back in 2002. We were in a 6 ship formation. Must have been something for the people on the bridge to see.

I wonder what the wind currents are like, and how that affects flying in a gorge.

I went for a ride with this guy a few years back. We were going straight up the ravine walls, rolling the helicopter over and going straight down! By far the best roller coaster ride ive ever taken. I am now in heli pilot school because of it! DONT BE INTIMIDATED BY THE PILOTS BURN SCARS, HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING!!!

Yeah, this guy is a great pilot. He used to be a Vietnam test pilot. I was rafting the Gorge one time and he got low enough over our heads that everyone in our boat ducked.
