  • On the DVD, does there a "follow-along" section with Sonnon calling out with techniques to use as he did in his Warrior Wellness series?

  • Can some of your dvds be bought online and then downloaded? They are very interesting, but if I'll order them via mail, i'll have to pay a lot of customs (i'm living in switzerland). It would be a more economic and ecologic alternative =)

  • @warriorfire8103 Intu-Flow is a joint mobility program. You don't really break a sweat from Intu-Flow, while Flowfit is a killer workout.

  • @EdwardsNH That's a great idea, and can be a blast for kids. Search this on youtube: Дошкольники со схемой and you'll see a heartwarming example of Russian Cossacks teaching their children. (that's where the movements in FlowFit find their origin) So, yeah - get creative and have fun :)

  • @makoa67 not the same art but very similar as to be a sister art. If Flowfit instruction isn't available Ginastica is excellent an art to try. Both are fantastic fitness and health programs. No need here to create a controversey they arrive at the same place .

  • Do you have any ideas for floor padding for home use? All the fitness mats I find are too narrow/linear for 360˚ movements. Thanks!

  • Whats difference between Intu-flow and Flowfit?

  • My daughter just broke her arm falling off the bed. Personally, I've trained martial arts my whole life. Once saved my life, when I was riding my motorcycle, and got hit by a car. Launched 40ft, rolled, and stood up. Figured it was time to teach my daughters to roll. This video seems a fun way to teach them, and I'm pretty sure I'll pick up a lot from it too.
