When i completed a game with my stuff and started a new one i got it back after the cutscene where Otacon first appears with the Mark II (right before you see the war between the two teams). Try doing that it worked for me just keep progressing 'till you reach that part then you get the stuff back.

how about MSG4 integral podcast 01 and 02 ? the one here is 03 and other one is 04:/

01 and 02 was already on the disc. One was a introduction and the other just talked about how they got the iPod in the game both were not made to be followed in game. So, I didn't do them. This is the 1st in a series of downloadable podcasts and they called 03 - Episode 1. (x_X)
