Qualified is absolutely subjective. Have you ever been held accountable for employee turnover? Every employee goes through the same interview process, and I look for very specific responses to my interview questions. I am a recruiter for a local business in St. Cloud, MN. I have added 35 qualified individuals to positions in our company over the last 3 months.
