材料:紅甜椒30公克、黃甜椒50公克、香菇3朵、
茄子100公克、地瓜片30公克、紫蘇葉
炸粉:低筋麵粉1/2杯、玉米粉1/2杯、冰水160㏄、蛋黃1個、油1茶匙

作法:
1.甜椒切成條狀,地瓜與茄子切成適當薄片。
2.麵粉與玉米粉拌勻之後,分次加入冰水拌勻,再加入蛋黃,拌勻再加入沙拉油,拌勻成粉漿。
3.熱鍋下約400㏄沙拉油,大火燒熱至約180℃後將蔬菜沾上麵糊後,下鍋炸至麵衣金黃色表皮酥脆,即可撈起後瀝乾油即可裝盤。
