urbex, you don't no nothing or powers of a PCSO. All forces give there PCSOs different powers to deal with different things. Some forces give there PCSOs full powers to take crime reports and statements and deal with minor crime etc etc etc. I have a feeling that your just on a band wagon and havent got a clue what your talking about
