This I can respect, lol. Yeah, RPM was crazy good, I still play through it all the time. I know alotta people who heard Rise Against's new stuff and liked it, so I played their older albums and they liked that so I threw some old school hardcore at 'em and...whadya know, they liked that too lol. Rise Against is the perfect gateway drug for newbies lookin' to ease into hardcore from more melodic mainstream offerings. I love Rise Against though, so I'm prolly a touch biased...

@elsquibbs Agreed. This is so far the best minor threat cover i've heard. I'm a big fan of RA and i really have to give these guys credit for making prolly the best punk rock record of the 00's (RPM) and for introducing a new generation for the best fucking bands i've ever heard. If it wasn't for Rise Against i don't know if i had ever found Minor Threat, Black Flag, Bad Brains and stuff like that

You guys need to quit arguing. Nothing beats the original. Minor Threat was the original and had a huge influence on many bands.
