A pressure value of 1050mb?!! Never seen anything like that before!

'An extra helping of Tex Avery'?! No!!!! Why was I not informed? Yeah, alright, I was 7, but still! Seriously, though, if it wasn't for the BBC's decision to canonise him as being officially a genius, by screening his stuff on BBC2, and billing the cartoons with his name on them, I doubt if I'd've been as familiar with him as a child as I was. Because of that, I was an animation-obsessed nutter from quite a small child, especially with Rolf Harris & Tony Robinson on-air an' all. Extraordinary.

Yeah, I'm from Swindon, and apparently he lives local, so it seemed applicable lol. Was very impressed when I saw him on here lol!

Interesting that they call Boxing Day "St Stephen's Day" - a much more common name for it in Ireland than in the UK.
The late Andy Cartledge (who often seemed to work at Christmas) is the announcer.
I met the guy today :D He came into our geography a level class to talk about the weather : )

Nice one. I guess he doesn't do tv work anymore. At least not that I've seen.
