how do you do that light effect on 1:26?

@Db3st0794 It's call Bokeh. Bokeh is the blur, or the aesthetic quality of the blur, in out-of-focus areas of an image. Just unfocus your lens so that the image background will be significantly blurred. Look into your viewfinder and unfocus the background with the right setting of aperture and shutter speed.

@riebo Thank you. Most of the pictures taken with Nikon D3000 kit (Nikon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G)
