Closed rhinoplasty vs. open rhinoplasty wont make any difference regarding the hump coming back or not. If the hump came back it could have been because of a few things: 1) not enough was taken so when swelling went down, it revealed itself, 2) the tip fell down due to lack of support, making a new hump appear, 3) the area over-healed and formed new bone or scar tissue. If you're 92% happy then that is very good. Don't be too worried about the rest. No such thing as "perfect."

do you think is possible the even after closed Revision Rhinoplasty the hump could come back
last year i had open rhinoplasty then after 4 week the hump came back
now the i had my closed Revision Rhinoplasty my nose look's straight and i'm 92 % happy with my result but i'm worry the hump could back
do u think this could happen

@DrNaderi i only had sex once after 5 day of my closed revision rhinoplasty but it was normal sex i will be fine thank u for respond to my question

I usually tell my patients who had rhinoplasty to avoid strenuous exercise or very hardcore sex for about 2 weeks after their rhinoplasty to avoid a nose bleed or extra swelling. Don't worry though. Sounds like you will be fine. Just be careful. Talk to your plastic surgeon if you are concerned.
