I do not think so. The tail will move or wiggle when he pee usually :)

Have you thought of getting a cat cart for alera? Many animals that dont have 2 back legs anymore I often see with a cart.  This way they can move around normally.

Have you considered using wee-wee pads to line the bottom of the cage instead of newspapers and paper towels? They soak up the urine smell better and are softer. Just an idea! Keep up the good work, though!

my cat has hip dysplasia and of all videos how to put diaper on a cat is this is best ive seen! and because of this video i started watching every videos of u and alera. So far this videos are ONE OF THE BEST VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE! Just wonderin... where is the video were she died? how did she die?

I also have to be careful with my kitty, Sam, while wiping (sprays).

Question: is it bad for them to wear the diaper for too long? Sam has been wearing one all the time, I change it 3 to 4 times a day. He doesn't have a cage, I let him wonder freely around the house, that's why the diaper needs to be on. Have you come across information that says this is bad for them?
