Oh, Ramsay's mild. Mild as anything, You want a work bully, look at that big ugly git who Gordon really loooks up to, Marco Pierre White. And others too, if you go find testimonies from sous chefs or commis chefs in top restaurants, they are treated incredibly badly by the head chef. It's like an entirely separate culture of chefs where it's perfectly normal to throw knives at people.

Ramsay was once a cook on a very large four deck super-yacht, owned by the billionaire Reg Grundy (an Australian TV producer). Reg has said that Ramsay was a polite and well-mannered employee who knew his place. Well how Ramsay changed. His constant used of vulgar language and gross intimidation in the workplace was the ONLY reason he got any exposure. The guy is just a bully-boy potty-mouthed cook now. And he is JUST A COOK, no more; no less. Anyone would think he invented spices and herbs.
