aaaaww, I didnt even know there are so many Gordanas recordings here... She truly was unique.. :( we Loved her performances...now I'm sorry I didnt go more often....BRAVA!

@mrportobello i never meant to say that it is even as nearly good as Moffo, it would be an utter nonsense - just that it is more "Moffesque" then any "C'll's-like" (words don't matter) version - what problems you have understanding that?
it seems you like Dessay [don't know whether you like Netrebko as well - had les than one second look at your profile when i spotted Dessay...] so i might be just as well be taking to a talking to a computer to to a deaf person

@branko1b Moffo was one of the greats. Its relevant because you compared this woman to a great singer. Buy her recording of Rigoletto with Kraus. Its silly to compare this woman to Anna Moffo as they are worlds apart in terms of abilities. Come on! haha

some people might think she was great [just like almost everybody 'thinks' that a certain singer (not to mention her name), who is good for singing to dead and deaf, is the best ever]
in other words: the fact that you like Moffo matters - but whether you like Jevtovic or not (we are lucky that Sony didn't make a few documentaries, that she was not a friend of a famous italian stylist,...), it's utterly irrelevant

she is great! very much alike (i my opinion, incomparable) Moffo - delivery, sex, and 'cheap thrills' (even if no e flat) - all what's required is there
