plus we had 45 going into the half... 13 points in the 2nd half isn't exactly running the score up...

The Bucks played 79 players that game. The starting QB had only one series in the second half. The starting running back didn't play the second half. 3 QBs. 6 running backs. 5 players ran punt returns.

Against Mich, leading 14-3, we sat on the ball for 2 min inside the Mich 20 yd line to run out the clock. Same thing last year. Same thing in at least 6 games in the last 2 years,instead of padding the score.

i was watching the big ten network last night and minnesota's coach said that you can compare The Ohio State football team to an AFC west team. that self explains that OSU strikes fear in their opponents hearts. plus for all the idiots out there, coach tressel gives time for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th stringers to play to get them ready for a winning future for the buckeyes

So you think the Ohio State running backs should have thought "I dont want to run up the score. Maybe I should take a knee after a 5 yard gain even though no Northwestern player would tackle me." Maybe you should have watched the whole game before making dumb, ignorant comments. I expect this sort of stuff from the redneck Florida fans and the Michigan and Notre Dame fans. C'mon.

Are you stupid? OSU started putting their second stringer in at the BEGINNING of the SECOND quarter. OSU had their 3rd and 4th stringers in the second half. OSU was running the ball 95% of the time from the second quarter onwards. Just because OSU was still scoring RUNNING the ball and Northwestern still cant catch up and tackle doesnt mean OSU was running up the score.

I don't know about the Miami game because I didn't see it, but I do know that Oklahoma left starters in late in the fourth quarter against Tulsa. Ohio State had its 2nd and 3rd string players in early in the third quarter. Heck, the back up quarterback was taking snaps in the second quarter. I'm not accusing Oklahoma of running up the score, but they were definitely closer to it than Ohio State.
