  • AMC needs to bring back Julia Barr and have her reprise her role as Brooke, If AMC can bring back Angie and Jesee, and bring back the Old Greenlee, then They should bring back Brooke, She was one of the show's finest daytime female heroines. Brooke has always been one of favorite daytime characters. Please, AMC, Bring back Brooke!!!

  • Victoria Rowell should have won.She should have won this emmy, the others she was nominated for and plenty of more.I love her she brought that touch that y&r needed..

  • Julia Barr was outstanding that year!...she totally deserved it...the plane crash storyline she was marvelous...Victoria rowel is talented but definitely not more thn Julia!!

  • @TaylorPride2010 however I've seen several African American actresses at the Oscars, for example, be rewarded (McDaniel, Berry, Goldberg, Hudson, Monique) with tons more honored with a nomination and likely are more represented there than other minorities. However, the Emmys have no excuse for as of now not awarding a woman of color the Best Actress win, especially when Debbi Morgan at AMC does great. This win, I'd have liked to have seen a tie with Rowell and Barr, both great actresses

  • victoria rowell shouldve won

  • This is exactly why I have a problem with daytime television and the acting world in general. great african american actresses and other actors of color such as Victoria Rowell get robbed every year. There is no doubt she deserved an emmy once, being the brilliant actress that she is. A majority of people of color on daytime, however few, are rarely rewarded. Or, they are badly written off like Victoria on Y&R and Renee on OLTL. Believe me, I <3 Juilia Barr and I know she is talented, but still

  • Victoria Rowell probably should have won. She was great as Dru and that story where she and Neil battle about having children was so good.

  • Victoria Rowell clearly should have won this Emmy!!!!

  • OK, note to the "Bros" of B&B - touch Lady Brooke again and I'ma HURT YOU! I forgot how rudely they cut off her speech!!!

  • based on the clips rowell was by far the best

  • God, no taste at all. Putting that music on loudly so that people can't hear what she says, and the Ronn Moss practically pushing her off... :S
