I have been fortunate enough to see Brian in concert three times and on Saturday night I saw Glenn perform at a Christmas Carols concert and he was just brilliant. Great entertainers, thanks very much for posting this gem.

thankyou for sharing just so sweet, makes me cry every time i hear it as my little prem baby girl was just a few min's old when Glenn's solo version came on the radio, my girl is now 18 alive & well & i still sing this song to her xxxxxxxx.....i so love our beaut Aussie musicians, there the greatest . :):):)

Yep,
saw him again last night. His patter is great fun too. Lost all power to PA, amps and lighting fo 15 minutes. He didn't miss a beat - literally - when the band returned to the stage, he started from the bar that the power went and played to the end of the song, just as if someone had only pressed PAUSE. Amazing.

i love this song. my mum acually told me she had this song for me when i was in her whom. thanx brian cadd. i now listen to it as mum is in Alaska.
