As King of Atlantika and husband of Celebes, I have it all. Baracud was once my friend but he became my rival for the throne of the city and the heart of Celebes. I continue to preside over Atlantika to ensure that it is kept a secret from the world of mortal men.

I am another blue-blooded centurion of Atlantika. I can take the shape of water. I am also the biggest rival of Aquano and will do all I can to usurp his role in the city, even if it means destroying his mission to save our world.
