  • Whats funny is this stuff goes on here in Geneva. GM food was first synthesized in Switzerland. And Its BANNED THERE. Believe me this is the last place that stuff will be legal. Even if the rest of europe has it, we will be the last, because our politics are as such.

  • @jennytailya1 haha.

  • Why do all tree huggers like this tool look malnutritioned? Eat a steak buddy and get some Sun.

  • @iceheart920 FDA doesn't usually test GMOs. FDA website"Because FDA determined that bioengineered foods should be regulated like their conventional counterparts, FDA has not to date established any regulations specific to bioengineered food.""FDA established an informal process by which firms can inform the Agency that they have completed a food or feed safety assessment. FDA requests that firms submit a summary of their assessment to the Agency." GMO manufacturers test the GMOs, not the FDA.

  • @Gammaclipper "Several convergent data appear to indicate liver and kidney problems as end points of GMO diet effects in the above-mentioned experiments. This was confirmed by our meta-analysis of all the in vivo studies published, which revealed that the kidneys were particularly affected, concentrating 43.5% of all disrupted parameters in males, whereas the liver was more specifically disrupted in females (30.8% of all disrupted parameters)." enveurope"dot"com/content/23/1 /10

  • @Gammaclipper "We observed that after the consumption of MON863""Chemistry measurements reveal signs of hepatorenal toxicity""Triglycerides increased by 24-40% in females (either at week 14, dose 11% or at week 5, dose 33%, respectively); urine phosphorus and sodium excretions diminished in males by 31-35% (week 14, dose 33%)""with the present data it cannot be concluded that GM corn MON863 is a safe product." ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez/17356802?dopt=Abstract&holding=f1000,f1000m,isrctn
