Felix Weber, a bomber made famous by the movie "The Mad Bomber of Old Detroit", has escaped imprisonment and continues his anti-corporate acts of terrorism. Assisting RoboCop on the case is the police Captain who was responsible for the bomber's capture 12 years earlier: Russell Murphy, his father.

The exploding building from the "Mad Bomber" clip on MediaBreak is from the finale of Provision 22.

The Electro-Shields used by the Anti Corporate Terrorism Squad make an inexplicable return in one of Robo's left leg (TAC) devices in a later episode (Midnight Minus One).

What's with the random Star Trek reference when Robo climbs in the helicopter? And how does the chopper fly away when it's still attached to the building?

Actor Martin Milner, who plays Russell Murphy, was actually born in Detroit Michigan. Russell Murphy (and his wife Dorothy) shows up again in Corporate Raiders.

Joe Walsh and Lita Ford's "A Future To This Life" begins playing over the end credits starting with this episode. The last three episodes show a short music video along with the song, coincidentally starting with another episode featuring Murphy's parents.

I never heard of the TV series till today, watching this clip it seem ok right up to the point a guy held out a stick that turned into a futuristic shield! Man this Robocop or starwars! I was stunned man!

If a trooper can carry tech like that in the not so distant future setting, Wouldn't robocop worth millions to build not have it!

@pyramidhead111 Uh, this is television SHOW man. It had a full 22 episode 1 season run. You're thinking of the mini-series Prime Directives, which came after this got canceled.
