Motherfucker broke one wrist when he was a kid, so he couldn't do regular push-ups like the rest of his buddies at the martial arts school he was training at. So he started doing one-leg squats. He got to the point where he could do the pistols at the same rate that others were doing push-ups. He can do the pistol with two 32 kgs (2 x 70 pnds) kettlebells. He's a mutant.
