Abdul Khaliq Hazara: Symbol of Hope and Freedom.

Abdul Khaliq Hazara was born in Daya Folad, a part of Hazarajat in Afghanistan, in 1916 to Mawladad's family. He died in 1933 at the young age of 17 after killing Nadir Khan, a tyrant who had ruled over Afghanistan for 4 years since overthrowing the previous ruler Abdul Rahman Khan. Nowadays Khaliq is revered by the Hazaras as a symbol for hope and freedom.

  • Thanks a lot for your informative video, we who have been born abroad we know almost nothing about the condition of Hazaras decades ago. We are peaceful people and we will treat them freindly no matter what mistakes did they make in past so that they should learn "love" and respect from Hazaras. Abdul Khaleq was a hero not coz he was a Hazara but coz he stood agianst a dictator and killer despite having no support of others and being completely sure of being killed by them...Love Abdul Khaliq.
