I've never goten what happens when you do the song of time play the song the turtle comes so does that mean all the baby Zoras are never going to be found again. Same thing with the Ghost and the cows so in the end half the stuff Link has done really dons't help people causes their going to die anyway. Well besids the people in clock town that you do save in the end. Of course I'm just making this up not knowing what really happens seeing as i'm stuck in this duengeon finding the boss door.

what actually does happen is when link is able to make peace again, events play out afterwards that make it so everyone is safe and happy without links help. he needed to save them because at the time, the moon was destroying and throwing off everything. link also stays around for the festival for a while to celebrate, evidence in the scene where the zora band is performing.
