I just picked my my S.H Diamond strengh. lets give this nail stuff a try, i have been a nail biter forever! thanks for the tips i hope i get some pretty nails!

the sally hansen diamond strength is available in tons of drugstores in the US...so those of u looking for it...just look at walmart, target, rite aid, kmart, walgreens or any drugstore

I myself have terribly flimsy weak and paperthin nails...my mom has nails that are rock hard..guess I wasn't blessed with them... I have done acrylic nails, and press ons cause my nails rip and tear very easily... I take a biotin supplement, prenatals, a calcium pill and multi vitamin daily..plus I drink tons of water, and milk...and my nails are still thin...but just started taking the calcium a few weeks ago, and acrylic nails were removed in July 2011
