Hi! the music is algerian, as you guessed. After this video publishing, a yemenite viewer addressed me to a site where I could find some real local music, but I was able to subtitute the audio background for only some of the Yemeni clips.

Nice Video..but the folk music from the Kholan region is very old and special....try to find it for a repost. The North African music is nice but a different energy is required to give the more gentle feel of Kholan,

yemen is in the heart i'm proud 2 b from yemen a hitoric and old culture and a fabulles peoples .look at smiles and happieness in thier faces especialy when they see any forgners they concedre them as a gust and try 2 help them in anyway they can ,thanx 2 u for posting the vedios and welcome back 2 yemenany time
